The BEST Chocolate Cupcakes !
Are you one of those people who is constantly on the search for that perfectly moist and super chocolately chocolate cupcake ? Well look no further I think I have found THE perfect recipe. It is from the master herself Ina Garten . Here is the recipe:-
Ingredients
12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 extra-large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk, shaken, at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
2 tablespoons brewed coffee
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup good cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

The cupcakes come with a peanut butter frosting but I usually pair them with a mocha frosting. If there are any requests for a mocha frosting please leave a comment below . I will do a post on it :)
So lets do a quick review on this cupcake.
FLAVOUR : Outstanding . Coffee + chocolate combination is always a winner .
TEXTURE: Moist and fluffy.
YIELD: The recipe says it makes 14- 15 cupcakes. I usually get 21- 22 normal sized cupcakes.

Cake Decorating : How to make a cupcake bouquet
Here is a fun thing to do with cupcakes. You can definitely use these as presents for the holidays, birthdays, a house warming etc etc ..Maybe as a centerpiece for your party table ?
As suggested in the video look online for various types of cupcake bouquets and you will see you can decorate them in anyway you really like.
